COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL

As we monitor daily updates about the Coronavirus, we want you to know that the health, safety, and well being of our patients and employees is our top priority. For your pets, our office will remain open as we are committed to servicing your pet’s needs while staying in compliance with the CDC. We have enhanced our already vigilant daily cleaning routines and are focused on high-touch and traffic areas.

Updated check-in and appointment procedures:

1. Because of the small nature of our clinic, social distancing is not possible in the building. We are now offering curbside service and appointments only. We ask that you wait in your car and call us to check-in. We will meet you in the breezeway to pick up and escort your pet into the building for their appointment. Only your pet will be allowed into the building. Please respect other people’s space and privacy and do not enter the breezeway if there is another client inside already.

2. If you need medication, please call us to fill your prescription. We’ll take payment over the phone and deliver the medication to your vehicle for you.

3. If you have a fever or have been in known contact with the virus or if you feel sick, please reschedule your pet’s appointment or have another person drive your pet for their appointment to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.

Most importantly, please take care of yourselves, your pets, and stay safe! Together, we will get through this challenging time!
